By accessing or using Meeting Analyst ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer", "you") and Natalia Tomasheva, Sole Proprietor ("Provider", "we", "us").
Meeting Analyst is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that provides:
The Service processes audio/video content from Zoom meetings and generates structured text documents. This is a legitimate B2B software automation tool designed for productivity enhancement.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
To use the Service, you must:
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

5.1. All prices are in US Dollars (USD).
5.2. A 7-day free trial is available for new users (up to 3 hours of recordings).
5.3. We reserve the right to modify pricing with at least 14 days' notice. Price changes do not affect the current paid period.
6.1. Payment is accepted via cryptocurrency:
6.2. Payments are processed through CryptoCloud, a licensed cryptocurrency payment processor.
6.3. Payment is due in advance for each subscription period (monthly). The subscription activates upon confirmed payment.
6.4. All cryptocurrency transactions are final upon blockchain confirmation.
7.1. You may cancel your subscription at any time.
7.2. Refunds are available for unused full months remaining in a prepaid period.
7.3. Refund requests should be sent to tomasheva.natalia@yandex.ru. Refunds are processed within 10 business days.
7.4. Due to the nature of cryptocurrency payments, refunds may be issued in USDT or the original cryptocurrency at the exchange rate at the time of refund.
You agree to:
9.1. All rights to the Service software, design, and technology belong to the Provider.
9.2. You retain all rights to your meeting recordings and generated documents (transcriptions, protocols).
9.3. We do not claim any ownership over the content of your meetings.
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the Privacy Policy.
11.1. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
11.2. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of transcriptions or AI-generated protocols.
11.3. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4. We are not liable for damages arising from third-party service interruptions (Zoom, Google, blockchain networks).
12.1. Either party may terminate the agreement with 7 days' written notice.
12.2. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
12.3. Upon termination, you have 30 days to export your data. After that period, account data may be deleted.
Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, or infrastructure failures at third-party providers.
14.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial law.
14.2. Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes may be submitted to arbitration under the rules of the appropriate arbitration body.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available at this URL. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
